Halton Region · Between the lake and the escarpment
Secure 24 Seven provides licensed security guards, event security, mobile patrols, alarm response and house watch throughout Burlington — from the waterfront festivals at Spencer Smith Park, through the business parks along the QEW, Highway 403 and Highway 407, up to the rural properties on the Niagara Escarpment.
Step 01 · Lake level
Burlington’s downtown runs up from the shore at Spencer Smith Park and the Brant Street Pier into the shops, restaurants and heritage buildings around The Village Square and Brant Street. The Burlington Performing Arts Centre and the Art Gallery of Burlington sit within this lakeside core, Joseph Brant Hospital is a short distance west along the shore, and condominium towers keep rising downtown.
The park is home to some of the city’s biggest crowds of the year — the Sound of Music Festival, Canada’s Largest Ribfest and the Burlington Beer Festival — which means temporary fencing, gate lines, vendor compounds and late-night tear-downs.

Step 02 · Neighbourhoods & malls
West of downtown, Aldershot sits on Burlington Bay next to the Royal Botanical Gardens and has its own GO and VIA station. Heading east, established neighbourhoods give way to Appleby and Tansley Woods, with Burlington Centre and Mapleview Centre serving as the city’s two main malls.
Here the calls we get are about plazas and malls with after-hours parking-lot activity, townhouse and condo communities that want visible patrols, and homeowners who travel.

Step 03 · QEW · 403 · 407
Burlington’s employment land follows its highways: the QEW and Highway 403 through the heart of the city, with Highway 407 reaching toward the northern edge of the urban area. No single sector dominates: these parks hold a diversified mix that has included food processing, packaging, electronics, automotive and transportation, and pharmaceuticals, plus offices, flex space and the commuter lots at Appleby and Burlington GO.
Shift changes, shipping windows, alarm-heavy multi-tenant buildings and empty lots at night all shape how we staff these sites.

Step 04 · The brow & beyond
Above the urban area, the Niagara Escarpment — part of a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve — carries the Bruce Trail past Mount Nemo’s limestone cliffs and Kerncliff Park, a former quarry off Kerns Road. The land north of the city, including north Aldershot, is mostly farms, rural homes and conservation areas.
Properties here are spread out, set back from the road and often unoccupied for stretches. Trailhead parking on busy weekends adds strangers to otherwise quiet side roads.

Switchback · Common questions
Yes. We can post licensed guards at entry points during the event and keep a guard with staging, stages and vendor equipment overnight between event days. Share your site plan and permit conditions and we will build post orders around them.
For many multi-tenant buildings, yes. A scheduled patrol confirms lock-up each night, and when the alarm trips we dispatch a guard immediately and file a photo report, so you can see whether the cause was a door, a sensor or something real.
We do. Rural north Burlington is part of our Halton coverage for patrols, alarm response and house watch. Travel time to rural addresses is longer, so we confirm access, gate codes and keyholder details in advance.
Yes. Post orders for concierge security typically cover visitor logging, parcel intake, contractor sign-in and elevator bookings, alongside lobby and garage rounds. We tailor them to your board’s rules.
