No call centre scripts and no pressure. Here is exactly how an enquiry turns into a guard on your site — and where you stay in control at each stage.

We ask about the property, the hours you need covered, what has happened before and what worries you most. If it’s urgent, we skip ahead and start arranging a guard while we talk.
A free site security assessment identifies entry points, blind spots and busy periods. From there we recommend the right mix: a posted guard, mobile patrols, alarm response, CCTV monitoring or a combination.
You receive a written proposal and, once you approve, site-specific post orders for your guards. Shifts begin on the agreed date, with digital shift and incident reports sent your way from day one.
Not urgent? Choose what you need and send us the basics. We’ll come back to you with questions, a time for the free assessment, or a proposal.
Pick one and the request form opens with everything we need, in one place. It goes straight to our team.
Guards and patrols work in more than ten GTA cities every day. If your site is in one of the communities listed here, we can usually begin with a quick call and an assessment visit.

The city and type of property, the days and hours you want covered, how long you expect to need security, and any incidents that prompted the call. If you aren’t sure what level of coverage fits, the free site assessment fills in the gaps.
Pricing depends on the type of service, the number of hours, overnight and holiday coverage, and how many guards or patrol visits the site needs. A posted guard and a few nightly patrol checks are very different commitments, so we quote each site on what it actually requires.
Yes. The assessment is how we learn the property’s layout, access points and weak spots, and it carries no obligation to sign. You keep the recommendations either way.
Often, yes. Call rather than filling in the form — for emergencies we aim to have a guard on site in about 30–60 minutes depending on travel, and the paperwork and post orders follow once the site is secure.
Yes. Property managers and businesses with locations across the GTA can get one combined proposal, with each site’s post orders written separately and reporting delivered in the same format.
Whether it’s a single overnight shift or protection for a portfolio of buildings, the first step is the same: a conversation with a person who knows security.
